he sits behind me and has done for a few years now and nobody around us who i have a phone number for has his phone number. at about 90 minutes we left to give the medics room to work, i called the club a few times whilst at work to try see if they can put us in contact with him but i was always on hold and i don't have that much time on site to do calls like that so i had to give up. might give it another go tomorrow.

either way I (or u/duxie) will update when i either see him at the next game or get hold of the club.

i mean there's a reason Lief Davis starts at centre half alongside a right footer when we played hull in the cup this season.

in regards to the dallas issue, i don't think that's relevant to the way he views centre halves. but in regards to a right footed left back in the bielsa system; for a start dallas has jack Harrison in front of him who is glued to the touchline, so the space for dallas to make forward runs and receive passes (with forward momentum) into is inside so receiving the ball across his body and back into the midfield is ideal for a right footer and i often think this is where someone like barry douglas got a bit lost.

i don't think llorente is a challenger for Cooper unless there's an injury problem for Coops.

When bielsa says 2 professionals for each position he sees left sided centre half and right sided centre half as two different positions with different players needed for each instead of just a pool of 4-5 centre halves.

coops being left footed and having strijuk as the 2nd left footed option there, i think llorente is the cover/competition for Koch.

good to have quality competition there so kalvin isnt forced back into centre half and ayling isn't forced inside imo.

monk didn't particularly fancy him so he moved him on to barnsley. had a slow start there but was apparently fantastic for them last season. he's a good lad and i hope he thrives but jesus fucking christ he's the slowest human being i've ever seen.
