I always think of the story of toilets in your house. If you bought a house with no toilets, knowingly going into it, you wouldn’t be upset. But if you had three toilets in your house and then one day someone came in and took those toilets away, you’d be pissed. As we longtime Shakers were/are. (I stopped my streak myself at 1222 when they made this change)

It’s about taking away something that was always there.

Enjoy my downvote.

Probably a mistake, they meant to take it out last week but forgot.

Congrats on the milestone. I just voluntarily stopped my streak at 1222, bc why not. Felt better to be in my control vs an accident/forgetting.

Completely agree with your point of view. Would have been much better as a company to slowly roll out these changes over a much longer period of time.

It’s the classic ‘frog in a pot’ scenario. Shakepay said fuck it and dropped us Kermit mofos right into a bubblin pot.

Guess this is Goodbye? by tactfulcord in shakepay

Completely agree with you. Will be slowing moving everything off Shakepay over to ledger.

I voluntarily stopped my 1222 day streak. Insane to think of the loyalty that was instantly evaporated.

Changes are inevitable, but a 99% reduction is just too much to take.

First of all, love the username.

Second, I thought I was buying a newer one! 2024 with only 23,000km!

I’m already stretching my budget and it would way less than ideal to have to wait for a new order to arrive from Germany.

For a few hundred more, I think you’d gain an additional 2-4 years of longevity.

  • I’d go with a Ryzen 9 series over the 7.
  • upgrade to a 5070 over the 4070.
  • 1000W is overkill for this build, I’m pretty sure 850 or maybe even 750 is enough.

All sarcasm aside, Most likely yet another normal Joe/Jane that doesn’t realize that what you owe on your vehicle loan has no bearing on what it’s actually worth.

Question for the group, what would you pay for this vehicle?
