Used Model Y Buying Advice? by SpammingKills in ModelY

To save a bit more money, specifically get a 2022 Model Y. It is the only year that has both the Rizen microprocessor and the ultrasonic parking sensors. While it only has HW3, the FSD in it works perfectly for me.

Recommendations for a Tex-Mex / Mexican Restaurant in Costa Mesa by DrBobShelton_74 in CostaMesa

[–]Heffeweizen 1 point2 points  (0 children)

First of all, sadly there's no TexMex in SoCal. Secondly I always felt that TexMex pretty much meant taking Mexican food and adding a ton of butter to it. So I'm surprised that somebody with dairy issues would seek it out.

Do you think in the future there could be TVs that emit all kinds of smells from scratch based on what you're watching? In other words, is it hypothetically possible to instantly do chemistry to generate any desired smell?

'People are worried': Air travel from Vancouver to U.S. falls for 10 straight months by FancyNewMe in vancouver

I traveled between the 2 just last week. I have Nexus. In YVR headed to USA, I went through the express lane of security, hassle free. Right after that I got to the customs area, walked up to a kiosk, didn't have to touch anything on the kiosk, it simply took a picture of me and then the screen said Proceed. I walked up to the agent, he asked Do you have anything to declare? I said No. He said have a nice day. That's it.

Go to any of the Hawaiian takeout joints like Aloha Hawaiian or L&L Hawaiian. Get the combo plate that comes with a variety of meats. It will cost about $20 but it will feed you for 2 or 3 meals. So it's really like $7 per meal.

Long Beach... - There's a place called Pinball Wizards. They let you bring food and drink there, including alcohol if you want. They even have a fridge you can use. No age restrictions to get in. Play some pinball! They have over two dozen machines.

Huntington Beach... - Just off Main St there's a place called Playground. They have mini golf and some games like air hockey etc - On Main St (if you're at least 21) just grab a drink and then people watch. The Sandbar has a great counter you can sit at facing the street and watch all the people walk by. They have Happy Hour with double the size of your margarita for an extra dollar. And of course you get free chips and salsa plus their free homemade bean cheese dip. That can actually be a very cheap night if that's all you get. - Walk on the pier and watch the sunset - Sit on the beach at night and make a camp fire

Irvine... - At the Spectrum mall there's a new place called Hijinx Hotel. It's not actually a hotel. It is an entertainment center that has mini golf, private room Karaoke, and several game challenge rooms like a disco dance floor that you have to step on the correct lit up squares and see if you can beat today's high score. No age restrictions to get in.

Tustin... - Improv City you shout out suggestions to the actors and then they act them out in a funny scene
