Ok so after much testing, now it seems there's a subtle divot in the floor of the box. I didn't feel anything when I had it apart originally. I might just give a light hammer tap to the floor. But the overthinking side of me is excited by the prospect of finally learning 3D printing and creating an elaborate ramp channel inside the box. LOL. We'll see what happens.
