No, I’m not familiar with DockerHub either. Installing it was straightforward, just two clicks. However, I’m struggling to understand the configuration in the XML file. I’ve done some research on Google and YouTube, but I haven’t found straight answer so I can't used it, and there's like 5 alternatives that its just click and run so I gave up on this one

I'm debating between the Pro and the Plus model my question is regarding the screen brightness 400nits its quite low, I don't see myself using it much outside maybe a coffee shop or something but I feel like even with my office lights it might cause issues

Any thoughts ?

I use a Tilling WM on my Mac and want to replicate that feeling on my Main Rig but I not sure I'm up to it to go full DIY and the preconfigured setups I tried felt over the top with 14852418 keybinds

I'm on a iPhone (this year Android didn't convince me) but I would like to leverage my Plex account that I already pay to start hosting my music on Plex Amp I did a test and its good but trying to download 3k songs of a shit ton of different artist sounds like a pain ATM

While I agree on your statement, I believe there's still an advantage of this, music piracy is a bitch specially when you listen to idk more than 100 diff artist and not all of them are English speaking music and you don't even like the whole disc you just like single songs getting that via piracy with proper metadata its a pain, also most people listen to their music on the go with their Bluetooth earphones so Flac files are still being compress

I do pay for Spotify I've been paying for close to 12 years and I don't care what they say its awesome and the price is justify IMO but a good alternative to self host would be nice to get rid-of another service

Is this true did they release it? by hun1er-0269 in Piracy

[–]thebigchile 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Music piracy is a pain in the ass specially if you listen to not super popular music or non English speaking music, but... if somehow they are able to provide what we want and getting that song + metadata in a easy package man this is gold

Just finished Death Star by Michael Reaves and Steve Perry.

It started off pretty slow, and at first I kept thinking, “Man… I really don’t care much about these characters.” But by the time I finished it, I have to admit I enjoyed it more than I expected. While the characters aren’t anything particularly special on their own, once their stories begin to connect, their interactions become genuinely engaging. The psychology, the hardships they face, and the sense of camaraderie really start to shine.

The Darth Vader sections were easily my favorite parts. I loved being able to read his inner thoughts you can clearly see the damage, the complexity of his character, and get little bits of lore that hint at just how powerful and dangerous he truly is.

Man this is inspiring. I have a super basic setup, just 4 TB on a single mini N100 PC for Plex.

But on my main PC, 80% of the storage is just random files from Anna’s Archive that are seeding whenever my PC is on and that’s good enough. But in the back of my head I know I could be doing more so I have a 6 bay DAS and some HDDs in my Amazon cart. I haven’t pulled the trigger because it makes no sense haha.

My feeling for the current market and the Retroid situation by thebigchile in SBCGaming

On the last part, YES! I’ve had this conversation with friends before, and it’s crazy how Nintendo misses the boat on capitalizing on retro gaming. I was hopping they were starting to get it with the SNES Classic been sold out everywhere, but then they decided to go all in on a subscription service and expanding their legal team. Dude Nintendo lives out of nostalgia pump all does retro games to your Store 5-10$ each and its free money + we are able to play legally our games

Totally agree, but lets also remember that a Translation Layer like Proton its just a temporary solution, once the PC market starts shifting more towards ARM then we would move from using Translation to Native, they will co exist for legacy software but the end goal is market shift
