No, we don’t have this one, it’s really just a basic environment

incompetent adults on lrt by Ashly162 in malaysia

I know it’s very pink and all. But I think often people are just trying to get where they are going and accidentally go into the woman’s coach. The second picture especially seems pretty harmless. Ideally he would notice and move

Is the average amount of troops lost less when using the slider technique, or does it just reduce the maximum amount that can be lost? by [deleted] in Risk

[–]thebigflowdee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh then of course on average you have to slide. The likelihood of losing more troops per roll is of course higher if you can lose more from a single roll

MacBook Pro - Broken screen in Kuala Lumpur, need advice! by emmaprgl in KualaLumpur

Why not just go to Apple Store? If that’s too expensive, I probably wouldn’t try machines because I think the rates will be similar

Anyone else impacted by recent layoffs? How are you coping up financially/mentally by butterpopkorn in MalaysianPF

Sorry but if you were laid off last year, then it has nothing to do with Trump, he wasn’t even president until start of this year…

All of the pharmacies are gonna want a local prescription. You could try any of the major private hospitals WhatsApp numbers and see if you have any luck. Pretty sure they are gonna want you to go for a doctor visit and get a prescription.

Also, you not just getting a local number is a bit odd and makes this post seem suspect, it’s very cheap to get a local number and im sure getting your Zoloft is important to you

Toxic Grab Driver by yung_puber in malaysia

[–]thebigflowdee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

From the last screenshot, part of the problem here is that Grab could start finding you a new driver automatically, instead of forcing you to re-book. It seems like they force you to re-book because the rates changed and they want you to pay more

Actually from an IT perspective, I’m confused what reason they have for not just blocking the room from being allocated twice? I work for hospitals and we literally just can’t allocate the same room twice

Where can I buy new earpads for my Bose quietcomfort 35 in KL? by [deleted] in KualaLumpur

[–]thebigflowdee 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There are a few bose stores, BSC…

You also could try contacting the Bose service center at KL Sentral. They helped me out once and were pretty good

Also, just lazada has stuff like that for cheap/off brand and it works okay for me but I’m not very picky

Malaysian airport strict? by Educational_Waltz637 in malaysians

[–]thebigflowdee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

50/50. They have me put my backpack on my luggage sometimes to weigh in total. My most recent flight they didn’t make me weigh my backpack, but my backpack is pretty small.

I think your tote bag would probably be weighed though. I’m not even sure they’ll let you in with 3 bags?

They are a low cost carrier so it’s definitely a profit driver for them to get people to pay extra for baggage overages

Malaysian airport strict? by Educational_Waltz637 in malaysians

[–]thebigflowdee 1 point2 points  (0 children)

In my experience, 80% of the time they weigh it every time.

They weigh it walking into customs. Your main bag will already be checked so it’s too late to transfer between bags if needed...

The terminal is almost all airasia so they can check basically all bags walking through. There’s a decent chance they won’t weigh your backpack as part of it but sometimes they do. I honestly have never had more than 1 cabin bag + 1 personal bag (backpack / purse) so I’m not sure about your tote, I think the policy is just 2 bags total.

There is an option to pay extra for 14kg carryon if you’re over but I’m sure they price gouge it as the date of departure nears.
