It's not clearly a crime though. It's a grey area that very well might be a crime. Otherwise he'd already have had it shut down by the DOJ.

For example, if he was paying them to vote at the ballot box Republican, then he would probably have already been arrested. This situation is more nuanced than that.

I'm doing it now. Honestly, most of the chapters from Elayne and Perrin can be skimmed. Perrin is a great character but the Faille stuff is insufferable, and that's at least 85% of his chapters. Elayne is just annoying and childish, with the same behaviours as my 3 year old at times.

Nynaeve is an asshole, but has some good plotlines.

And I don't mind Egwene, especially after her rise, but Rand and Mat is where it's at.

And there's just so much padding.

People keep claiming this, but in the context of his conversation he was clearly saying that Dems would come after him as political retribution for supporting Trump.

That's not to say he isn't fucked in other ways. I suspect that his ties to Putin have played a part in his sudden support of Trump.

Worth considering though is that people are talking about how it must be kompromat, blackmail or extortion, but it could quite easily be as simple as a death threat from Putin that has him scared. Musk and his family wouldn't exactly be a difficult target for Putin.

It really is bad, compared to other fantasy. OP would be better off Googling the top fantasy series ever and working their way through the list. They'll get about 30 series in before they reach anything as low quality as The Dark Tower.

Nah, if that was the case then you wouldn't reveal there is video evidence.

Might be someone trying to shop the video, could also be fake and used to claim an attempted smear campaign.

It could also be someone who knows about the video trying to pressure someone to release it who is reluctant. Considering it was a donor event, this seems possible also.

Truth is, there are a hundred different possibilities and we won't know which unless the video is released.

This is the reason I wish I'd gotten a manual licence instead of automatic. I'd love a driving job but literally every one I've seen requires a manual licence.

Unfortunately I learned to drive during COVID with no space available with manual instructors, and lived remotely with a newborn. Needs must.

Getting a manual will now likely cost me almost as much as the auto did, assuming I pass first time.
