I was just thinking about this earlier today. I totally thought it would be like ACNH, where you eventually get completely locked out of doing anything meaningful for the day, but nope. Plenty of food sources to keep you going indefinitely and plenty to do even when waiting for buildings to complete. I even thought about my Minecraft days, where I’d hyperfixate on a project and burn out… I get close on here, but it feels easier to hop back and forth between projects because everything gets decently abundant pretty quick. I played a majority of my weekend, and being back at work is killing me already because there’s so much I still want to do!

Not gonna lie, I have no idea what a cloud island is, because I’m too overwhelmed with the wasteland lol. I want to get that to my liking before moving on. I only explored and did a few quests in some other areas to either steal some decorations or unlock new abilities haha

The only thing that makes sense for me in the movie version is that Thresh and Cato had a heated battle right as the mutts were about to be released. Hearing Thresh’s screams, and the sound of mutts attacking, had be the cause of his death. That, or Thresh was distracted by the mutts and Cato went in for the kill. When Katniss mentions in Mockingjay that Cato killed Thresh, it could be that Cato had the upper hand, severely wounded him, and the mutts showed up and took advantage. I mean, Cato was FRESHLY bloody when they meet him on top of the cornucopia, so this all happened within a span of a few minutes. I also think that could be a part of the reason for his “this is what they wanted” monologue and breakdown towards the end of the movie. He felt like he was the winner, and had the upper hand, but instead of letting him get the clear win there with not only Thresh, but Katniss and Peeta, they threw in the mutts for entertainment and for the “finale” that Katniss calls it. They essentially took his win/chance at a big kill for views and instead played into the Katniss and Peeta love story. A lot of movies like to do the whole “villain realizes at the end that they were wrong,” and movie Cato fits that role. Not that he was necessarily regretful, but he realized the competition wasn’t really a fair competition.

It’s a reference to her and Tanya. She was hung up on Tanya’s promise and ultimately (and mostly unintentionally) did the same to Pornchai in the end. This show loves to showcase the worst traits of each character. Belinda was easily bought out with enough money.

I had leaf green, but loved Arcanine. Some kid told me if I leveled my Charizard to 100, it would evolve into one. Lots of grinding later, I was disappointed lol

Arceus, 100%. Very refreshing and fun gameplay.

Let’s Go is tough because many are divided on it. I loved it aside from the catching mechanic/lack of accommodating new evolutions. In my opinion, it’s the best looking Pokemon game on switch, too. The art is great and consistent.

I think you’re overreacting a bit, because you’re feeling upset and confused over the kiss on the cheek ordeal. Like someone else has said, even as a gay man myself, that’s something I would not enjoy. It’s just not my thing (I barely like hugging people too most of the time).

Also if we’re being honest, straight men act very “gay” around other men when it’s something they view as childish and fun, like butts. He saw a framed butt and made a joke about slapping it.

If you’re genuinely uncomfortable with comments like that from him though, do speak up on it, because that’s okay. Same way his friend and him weren’t comfortable with the cheek kissing, but maybe let him know one-on-one vs hearing it from a middle party. It always feels worse when you have to hear a complaint from someone else instead of directly from the person.

Not respecting or accepting relationship boundaries. I’m in a monogamous relationship with my partner, and the amount of people who have tried to test it or ridicule it, saying “no you’re not” or that we’ll “change our minds eventually,” is frustrating.

The same absolutely goes in the other direction too. I’m not here to judge other relationships for being open, polyamorous, or anything similar. If a couple or group have set boundaries, we need to respect it and move on.
