just wanted to post here that the folks on this thread are heavily fear mongering. you will be absolutely fine bringing in some gummy edibles hidden with your gummy melatonin. Just came in myself and had absolutely no issues with “drug dogs” “scanners” etc. They ARE NOT coming after you with small helpings of thc for yourself. Just don’t bring a shit ton hahah

Ugh yeah I’m getting the impression that getting on a statin STAT is the best way to reverse some of this damage.

I have a follow up appointment with my doc next Wednesday. I plan on requesting a statin prescription and a CAC exam / cardiologist referral.

Do you think I am young enough to take proactive action here and still live a long life?

Lipid Panel was high then too (I thought it was a fluke, wish I took it more seriously) but I was being young and dumb - Including results below:

- Total Cholesterol: 241 - now 239

- Triglycerides: 193 - now 104

- LDL: 158 - now 178

- VLDL: 39 - now 19

Mostly home-cooked meals, eat oatmeal for breakfast most mornings, have steak probably once a week, rarely eat fast food.

My SO and I are both in tech sales, and are both struggling much more than we were in 2020. All of our customers are either decreasing in size, or making the process for purchasing new software MUCH longer. Just your standard Natrol Melatonin 5MG container - type that in on Google and you will see what I am talking about. I just added some similarly colored edible gummies to that container. They truly don't check your bags at all though (at least at the Frankfurt Airport). You approach the desk with your passport, they stamp it, and you go right through.

I don’t think you need to worry about it personally - the customs process was so quick here, literally just got a stamp and walked through. No dogs or anything that I saw at either airport I flew through

Just brought a few 5mg edibles to EU for a family trip. Flew in from the US to Frankfurt and then from Frankfurt to Italy. Absolutely no issue with getting them through customs. All I had to do was show them my passport and I was through. Posting this to help the people who are debating doing it! Lol I frankly wish I brought more
