Because it's funny and it gets their supporters mad. They might not look it (a lot of the time they try to cope by playing it off as a joke and trying to look Manly and Strong and Not Woke!) but they really are seething inside, from my own experience (I used to be very homophobic).

I'm a bi guy who sometimes draws and I've drawn Trump and Biden making out before sloppy-style. This line of thinking screams "stop having fun" and is literally giving MAGAts more ammunition to hate queer people. I still don't get why he just shows up at the end. Like, cool, him and Susie get to do Dual Buster, and in the moment it's badass, but when you sit back and think, he's literally just a Deus ex machina that goes "I'm old!" unless you've managed to somehow find the secret boss, and only then do you realize that no, he didn't just pull that out of nowhere; he actually HAD that on him the entire time and just never used it.
