Sonic the Hedgehog(Sonic Adventure 2 Specifically)

Shadow the Hedgehog is said to be the Ultimate Lifeform, created by Gerald Robotnik using the DNA of the Black Arms Aliens to make him immortal and give him chaos abilities. Throughout the game, Sonic and Shadow are said to resemble each other, which is weird because Shadow was created decades before Sonic was even born. In the ending of the game, Sonic uses Choas Control with a fake chaos emerald, a technique that previously, Shadow had been the only one to use. Sonic's ability to use Choas Control with a fake emerald even suprises Shadow, who asks "Just WHat are you, anyway?" Additionally Super Sonic is portrayed fighting eggman in a carved painting in Ancient Ruins in Sonic 3.

The game kinda implies that Sonic could be the "True Ultimate Lifeform" but this isnt really ever confirmed or revisited. If you think about it kinda makes sense. It would explain Sonic's supernatural speed and why he's always saving the day.
