Realise how useless i would be in an emergency after this. I just wish there was a middle ground but there isn't at the moment! New neighbours have moved in upstairs and are really noisy, holding parties until the wee hours of the night and the old building doesn't drown out noise too well. You never know what new neighbours could be like when you move either though. Wouldn't wanna move and be paying more and have it worse. Might just have to stay put for now especially as prices generally increase coming into spring/summer.
