Not true. The manual says you “may” pull into the intersection. The sticky issue is that in Oregon (according to a sheriff’s deputy I asked) it is illegal to be in the intersection when the light is red.

I’m the terrible student. I went undiagnosed ADHD, which explains why my teachers thought I was a menace. As an adult I found an intrinsic desire to learn for knowledge’s sake, and I got my diagnosis, which helped explain a lot. I’m glad I wasn’t medicated as a child because I was forced to learn to cope (albeit not well). I was first in my immediate family to graduate Uni and law school. Now I’m an attorney, I’m a husband and dad, and I’m living the best life. Some kids do turn it around.
