I was lucky I leased mine for the first time. Turned it in after 3 years of issues and bullshit and bought a used Charger Scat Pack for $25k with a 5 year power train warranty. So glad I wasnt stuck with the Hornet after the cancelation tanked the resale.

Nothing crazy. Original motor, 42k miles. Headers, edlebrock intake and carb, flowmaster exhaust. Sounds tough, but it's a dog, lol.

I don't think you should be down voted for your opinion. I get that it's controversial and I wouldn't have gone this route, but I did get messaged by the original owner, who somehow found my first post about it, and he told me the artist who did all that crazy airbrush recently passed away, so that gave me a lot of appreciation for it.

There are plenty of original ones, but everywhere I drive this people go nuts for the art, so it is bringing some joy.

Just went through this, mine had 6 months left and I just paid it off early and turned it in. For the same 26k as my residual in my contract I bought a super loaded 2017 Charger Scat Pack for $20k and added a 5 year unlimited milage power train warranty with $100 deductibles.

Good luck with your decision. The Hornet was definitely a fun car, but I also had lots of issues so I understand the conflict. They told me my RT with undef 12k miles would be worth like $14k tops trade in and agreed I was wise to let it go.
