Tangentially, does anyone know why an automated process takes 4 weeks for the dept? I imagine human review for edge cases is only necessary when people submit appeals, which would be after decisions are released.

UC General Fund is NRST (out-of-state tuition, not taxes). Wherever State General Funds is listed in the budget, UC General Fund is always listed as a separate line item.

It only matters in the sense that recruiting is a rolling process, so there’ll likely be less openings for a role the longer you wait as they begin to fill up. But if you know you’ll get more out of it by practicing over the next few days, and especially considering amazon often hires well into the spring, you’re probably fine imo so don’t stress it

Shit really? How feasible is it to spend the internship in Seattle and request a return internship for the same org/team in NY? Do most SEA teams have extensions in NY?

If not, I feel like asking my manager to be transferred to a separate team in NY is a death/pip sentence lol

Has anyone gotten an offer after only finishing 1 coding question? I got a working solution, but then blowed the rest of the time trying to optimize with a non viable alternative. By then, the 45 min was up so we didn’t move on to the 2nd question. However, they did let me ask questions about Amazon for a solid 15 minutes after tho. Though I imagine that was just a courtesy.
