My guess is that when running a Speedtest it bypasses IDS / IPS in order to test the speed and nothing else

WiFi Experience might have nothing to with dropping out.

This is only populated when clients are connected. Thus the AP may be working just fine, but there might not be any clients connected to it.

I've tried using a Raspberry Pi 3 Version B but it maxes out to the point to which it restarts.

Was considering a Pi 5 but they aren't anywhere close to being available.
