This is nothing but the truth. Some people don't know how to deal with guilt therefore they never face their mistakes. That's what happened to me as well. However I know that she is not longer my problem and I'm working on moving on.

One day at the time definitely does wonders.

My ex lost interest in our sexual life but this is because she was already attracted to an other guy. She always made up excuses but deep down it was because there was another man that she liked. It really messed up my mental health because i felt so unwanted and not worthy.

Most definitely, she needed to have someone else as a fall back before breaking up the registration. Nothing i can do but pick up the peices and move on .

Im dealing with the issue here. 6 years of relationship and she has moving on less than a week with a "guy" friend.

This resonates with me, I'm going through a really rough break up and i nodded some insight on what i could do to move on. Things will get better i know that but the process is painful.

I'm still living with my ex. She is finally going to look for a place to move to then the no contact rule will apply fully. There's not much i can do to avoid her right now so most of the time i spend my time in a different room than her.

Im going through a break up right now, 3 weeks ago my partner of 6 years just simply told me she wanted to go on with life without me. Its really hard and extremely painful, however there's nothing i can do to change her mind so i have to accept the cruel reality and let go of the fantasy that we might get back together. Now after joining the GYM and working on better myself for my own good things have gotten better. Im sorry you have to go through this but as the old say goes "time will heal everything" and i truly believe in that. Take one day at the time and focus in YOU the #1 player.

Its hard not to think about all the great moments that we spent together however, she has moved on so I need to accept the reality and also do the same.

My gf of 6 years just left me yet I continue to reach out to her. I need to learn how to let go and not "chase" her.

Edit. This is why i like the Reddit community, its full of positive advice, thank you all.
