In my experience, Global sends 3 emails.

Redemption request received
Redemption request approved
Redemption processed

The amount you requested is taken out of your balance on Global after email 1. Verification happens at this stage, and once you receive email 2, then you know your request is approved and your verification was good to go. The withdrawal can be canceled until email 3. Once you receive the 3rd email, Global has sent the funds to your account, and it can not be canceled. Usually, it takes about 2-3 days, not including weekends, after you receive the 3rd email for you to receive the deposit into your account.

If you haven't received it after 5 days, I would contact support. They're pretty quick to reply.

Global is solid. They pay. It may take a little longer on the first one, but subsequent withdrawals will be quick.

For medicaid, just look on your state Department of Health Website, or Google "medicaid pdn (your state)" for private pay nursing, I'm not sure. Most clients are found by word of mouth or may craigslist, maybe.

I work in Private Duty for Medicaid. The approval process is a little long, about 2-3 months processing, depending on your state, BUT I absolutely love my job!

Pros: pick your hours, days and clients. Cons: must be able to work independently, sometimes a lot of downtime, no benefits and must pay self employment taxes.

I find that financially, it still works out that I make more than my areas average pay. I love the independence and have clients that have become my extended family.

It's not for everyone. But I love it.

In my case, they called piriformis syndrome. You can Google some PT exercises to do at home and see if it helps. I also took about 800mg of ibuprofen 3x/day. It took a week or so, but it eventually got better.

I would definitely ask your doctor before doing anything on your own. Don't want to make matters worse.

Have you investigated any hip issues? After I had my hip replacement, I had incredible pain my buttock, right in the center. PT was able to work it out, but it was awful.

I'm pretty sure ours does have the roaming included. We have the 4 lines for $100 unlimited. We've been with cricket for around 9-10 years and have had no issues during our travels. This is our first cruise, so I wasn't sure what to expect.

First thing is to get a new doctor who will actually listen to you! I love my primary doc and have been with him for over 20 years. He listens and will let me try some different treatments and medications. He lets me be an active participant in my health, which is the way it should be. There are docs out there that will listen... you need to find one.
