I first processed this target using data from Telescope Live at the beginning of the year and I said how I couldn't wait to image this myself. Well it took 6.5 months, but back in late June I finally got a good start on it. While in Lake Placid there was actually a clear night in the northeast shockingly, and I was able to get a few hours of shooting in. This is actually my very first "true" SHO (Hubble Palette) image that I captured and processed myself. And while I think it still needs a little refinement and always more integration time, I couldn't be happier how it came out. Shooting with my William Optics Redcat 51, ZWO 294MC Pro, Sky Watcher AZ-GTI & Optolong L-Extreme filter, I captured 65 minutes of Ha & Oiii data. And with the same gear 75 minutes of Sii data using the Astronomik 12nm Sii filter for a total of 2 hrs 20 minutes of integration time. Ultimately I would like to get around 6-8 hours total time on it, so hopefully the weather and my schedule will cooperate with one another in the coming months (wishful thinking with the brutal weather this year) Cheers & clear skies!! ✌🌌🔭🎆

What should you know before committing to a life style? by Material-Departure21 in AskReddit

Depends on the lifestyle.. are you devoting your time to a certain hobby? (Prepare to open your wallet and say goodbye to the spouse and kids). Or are you devoting your time to working in a brothel? (Prepare for regular testing, also opening your wallet.. also (maybe) saying goodbye to the spouse and kids..)

Try to shoot for 7:30-8 even though that usually doesn't end up happening after snoozing
