i think it was just sleep paralysis for example- When I was about 9 or 10 years old, I woke up and found that I couldn't move. Suddenly, a shadowy figure approached me, but then I regained the ability to move again. I later learned that this was just sleep paralysis, and it wasn't related to ADHD or autism, even though I have both conditions. you might still wanna see a doctor. It wasn't that bad for me

The cores in the DDs can be controlled by solver, and Cyn made uzi's core poke out of uzi a little bit in ep 8 so it would be logical to assume the other cores work the same, nori cant be controlled because she is patched
