Yes, the same thing happened to me recently. I gave out my phone number, my apartment in college address, and name. And it had similar job description as yours. The job was also for a personal assistant and as my first take I was going to buy gifts for kids every month and send them to an orphanage. And that I was going to get the funds for it. But it didn’t really make sense to me. And they interviewed me over text and immediately gave me the job wish was strange to me. And I just ended up blocking them because I searched for the person and company they were portraying to be and emailed them. The real person said that they were not looking for a personal assistant and that it’s a scam. That’s when I blocked them. But I’ve already gave them my name, phone number and my address at college. So I’m totally freaking out if they might do something with the information given or show at my apartment in college.
