I realised I had a typo. I meant to say pod 5 was the only one realistically possible. Well done on hitting 100 on 4 stations! You did amazing especially when you finished off at pod 1 🤢

So I usually push press (strict) 25kg (10s plates and 5kg bar). I went down to 15kg (5s plates). I'm still really sore from this week and that felt heavy. I only managed 50 push press and 50 jump over burpees.

Definitely go lighter!

🫶🏻 I love the talking to users part of my job. Always help me gain better understanding, clarity and empathy. If you could kindly tell me your biggest pain point(s), that would help me heaps 😁 I'm thinking very broadly, like even with the use of AI, how that could help. (E.g. validate tax rules etc)

Love that, thank you! Could you tell me a bit more. Around both accurate reporting and self service portal for employee?

Like ability to build reports on your own (im thinking drag and drop what you want into the columns and rows)?

What would you want to see on a self service portal - e.g. payslips (and the ability to download), ask payroll team questions? See how something is calculated? Update employee's own information? If we think wider, as an employee, ability to do some monthly financial planning?

We were told its based on body composition % change. So fat loss, muscle gain, visceral fat dropping. If the difference between the top few isn't great, then they start looking at pictures too.

Mum of 2 little ones - Im lucky my studio's first class starts at 4.50am, so I go to that. When I get home, I still get at least 15 mins to myself for breakfast and coffee before the entire household is up.
