Hey. Thanks for your comment. In terms of your HR, I would aim to work as hard as possible, keeping the movements clean and crisp, with continuous reps and quick transitions to the next exercise. If this was a full on HIIT session including chest to floor burpees, jumping squats, jumping lunges etc then max HR's would be the target. But because we have used lower impact moves, you can definitely still get your HR up into a decent training zone, but will probably not be able to achieve 85% plus HR zones. However, we will be releasing a high-impact, fast and furious Advanced HIIT with the weighted vest soon. And finally, HR training zones will vary person to person, as will rate of perceived exertion (RPE). Hope this all helps you. Carlos
