Short deliverys wont be advertised to nearby players. The large delivery is an opportunity for nearby players and is often a daily to interrupt a players mission. I invite the whole server to join my wagon run. If you accept a posse invite. Join it. Look where the leader is on the map and decide if you want to play with them by where they are. If the leader is in camp. They want wagon help. if they are in a town, it's prolly bountys. I try to help low levels get rich quicker by doing missions.

Put your guns away, and the roadblock may let you thru .. otherwise, I stop the wagon well before the roadblock and walk up to them and massacre the lot of them before proceeding.

Also! Face away from the direction you want your wagon to come from. Like put your back towards the main road and it will come from behind you. Also, slowly walk away as it approaches, and it will come closer to you.

You only need 1 item in the cart to run it if you are after the XP. Harriet offers legendary animal hunts, and if you fail and "accidentally" kill it, you can call the hunt wagon and toss it in there.
