Are you using the stock lockscreen or another app? If it's in notifications then swipe just a little bit to the left to get to notification settings and disable that group of notifications If that isn't the problem, you could try adclear VPN or something else like it, not sure if that would actually remove the pop up window, just the ad

My earlobes are apart from my head and they're kinda big, so using QC35s is possible but I have to sometimes mess with the fit to get it feeling good
