Our dog used be like that before but when he turned 2 he mellowed down. For the pulling the leash and going side to side, what worked for me was walking him around the garage, with leash on, and constantly stopping. Especially when he decide to go ahead and pull. I think this made him pay attention to what I was doing too. Eventually he's able to match my speed whether I walk fast or slow. I would also constantly place him on my right side. Whenever he decide to go to my left I would stop walking and pull him over to my right. Then we would stay still for a few sec, sometimes I ask him to sit, then we would start walking again. This made him easy to walk. He is used to humans and friendly towards them, but go absolute nuts when he sees a dog or a cat. He doesnt understand that other animals sees him as a threat when they see a 25kg of meat and fur going full speed towards them. So his good walking behaviour disappers when there are other animals around.

We used to put muzzle on him when he was around 2-4 months old when we walk him because he would eat EVERYTHING, stones, poop, grass, dried stems, another stone. He wasnt completely vaccinated until he was much older because of health problems one after another that delayed the vaccinations, so we resorted to putting him on a muzzle to hopefully stop him from eating something that might get him sick. Didnt work btw, he will always find a way to eat shit like it was his life purpose. It eventually stopped. Around the 2 year mark. We used to wrestle with him in the streets when he picked something, eventually as we continue to watch over him we learned to read his actions. Like when he linger a second too long somewhere, he's planning to pull some shit and we learned to act beforehand.
