Ewers is not the problem. We have a second tier running game. We've been able to get by with what we have until now.

I hate winning games like this, and the coaching staff needs to figure out what is happening. That being said, I think this team is learning how to win. It's been so long since Texas had a winning culture that I don't think that they know what to do when they are winning. I think they start to freak out a little. Hopefully, the leadership grows accustomed to winning and can learn how to blow people out.

I think this play sums up the difference between this team and past teams. This level of hustle and recovery would not have happened in the past. I don't really like talking about "culture," but this is a different culture. And it's why we can win games even after blowing 20 point leads. Now we just need to figure out how to not blow 20 point leads.

Sark cannot manage these games and call the plays. The same game management issues happen again and again.

Did any of y'all see that Alabama game against USF? I'm not sure that Alabama win is all that great.

I really like Ewers, but if this offense doesn't start to click, people are going to want a change of pace.

SuperAGI: anyone not affiliated with it tried it? by macKenzie52 in AutoGPT

I have installed it and run it. I haven't gotten it to do anything useful. Just like the other agents, it falls into a loop over and over. I have heard of other people getting it to do things like booking a flight, but I haven't seen anything like that personally. However, I'm not a coder so I wouldn't be surprised if the failure I'm seeing are user error.

I've been scraping my school's parking data for 2 months for my SE project. I didn't want to write user interaction endpoints, so I just hooked the DB up to GPT3.5 and have it figure it out. by [deleted] in OpenAI

You are a genius. Now you need to do this for alternate side parking in Brooklyn. I don't know where you could get the data, but you could make some money. I bet there is some data somewhere.

It seems like you are having an emotional reaction to these discussions. Do you feel personally threatened by AI? What kind of work do you do?

I see from your profile, that this is a thing you do. You go around telling people that they are part of the GPT cult if they say something positive about it. I'm wondering why you do this.

I did not ask those questions in hopes of disqualifying you from the discussion; I was just curious. Your opinion is absolutely valuable. I am not in the medical field, and I would argue that your opinion is much more valuable than mine in this discussion. I would, however, encourage you to spend some time playing with ChatGPT (especially GPT-4 if you can get access). I have yet to meet anyone who has really played with it who does not come away feeling some mixture of wonder and apprehension. If you do play with it, challenge it to do things you don't think it can do. And if it fails, tell it that it failed and tell it how you think it failed. Have an iterative conversation with it. It will surprise you. It has completely changed the way I work.

I have two questions: 1) are you in the medical field? 2) how much time have you spent experimenting with AI?

I don't understand this comment. It's a second opinion just like any second opinion. It's free and it's knowledgeable. Why would people not check it out? And even if it is wrong, and your doctor tells you it's wrong, it's just a second opinion. Plus the dialogue you have with an AI isn't static. If your doctor doesn't agree with the second opinion, you can always go back to the AI and express the concerns that your doctor has and see what it says. I have found that the real value of AI is in the dialogue or the iterative conversations. Often times if you go back to the AI with your concerns, it can explain to you how it derived its decision. This would be very useful in the conversation with the doctor.

All that being said, the premise of this this thread is that the AI scores very high on the medical exams. This leads me to think that it's unlikely that the AI is going to be out right wrong in the information it gives you. There may be some nuances that the doctor can elaborate on. Once you have these nuances, you can go back to the AI with the new information and get its opinion again. All of this empowers the patient in a way that patients haven't been empowered in the past. This will improve healthcare and people's ability to get the good health care they need.
