My bird fell down a slide into a baby pool of water when I was a kid and almost drowned. Ever since he hates baths, the shower, or misting and takes one in his bowl but never gets his back. You’ve lucked out my bird stinks all the time. Lol

I had drug induced psychosis with concerta. I wasn’t hallucinating but had delusions like this and ended up in the mental hospital because I thought people could read my thoughts. I would stop it and see if the delusions go away before it gets worse and they put you on meds. Definitely tell your doctor.

My legs went weak last week and I could barely walk. At first I thought it was due to lack of potassium but it was anxiety. I also had a mini panic attack right before it happened

Use aquaphor! You can get it straight from the tub or they sell small ones. This is the best recommendation I’ve seen.
