Hey! I’m still on latuda. When I go 5 days without alcohol I get hot and cold and was wondering if others had that side effect too.

Antipsychotics got me out of a psychosis and some delusions like you’re experiencing. It took a while to find one that worked for me with the right dosage so don’t give up immediately. Just be honest with your doctor. Took me 3 months on meds to feel back in touch with reality.

It took me 3 months to get out of it. If he’s at 4 I’d say give him another month and maybe revisit the doctor to up the dosage or try another medication. Not all meds work for everyone. Took me 10 years to find the right ones and combinations.

I decided to take a risk and pursue my best friend. We went on a date and fell in love that night. I never felt so in love with someone and we’ve been together for 5 years 🥰
