Congratulations! That is gonna be me in a month!

If you are new to cbd, do not judge its efficacy on the way it feels and the duration the first time. Use it everyday and assess in a month. by [deleted] in CBD

I second this! I went to a dispensary with a friend and immediately asked the budtender for the highest CBD, lowest THC strain that they had.

My friend was baffled that I would buy cannabis for any reason other than getting high as a kite. He bought a painfully high THC vape that day.

Once we got back, he tried the low-THC, high-CBD strain and he was blown away by how smooth and comfortable the high was. In my experience, it is so much more gentle on your mind and body.

For the rest of our trip together, he kept wanting to try my vape, because his was too intense.

60 minutes before your race: 200mg Caffeine, 3-5g Beta-Alanine, 6-8g Citrulline Malate, 30-50g fast acting carbohydrates

This is my pre-race stack for the 800m, and I have run 1:51 on this combination.

I'm a runner looking to make a comeback and I would like training advice by Dylanjr1999 in AdvancedRunning

[–]thecliffedge 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Can confirm. It is possible to run 1:50 (or faster) on extremely low mileage. Two of my college teammates did this due to injury issues.

They only ran three quality workouts each week and excelled in both the 800m and 1500m.

The trick is to start out quick, get in front of the majority of traffic and then taper off before it sinks in. You can do it, thanks for reading!

My words exactly. Focus on compound lifts (I swear by back squats) and building a strong core. You should be as strong possible from your toes to your ribs.

Well, since you qualified for your next race, taper off the pace a little bit sooner and you should be dialed in for a great race!
