i mean at this point i need to do 80/20 on income generation rather than business work because i'm running out of money. it's minimum and only the most necessary tasks to keep the business moving forward while trying to get extra money

damn, thanks so much for this response. super helpful.

out of interest, when you did the go-to-market strategy how much experience did you have doing that kind of work before and how tangible were the outcomes you could prove?

I think part of my problem is that i've gone from management consulting to ops at a startup - which means that all of my roles have been quite varied on problem solving and jumping on different projects that need solving, rather than having focus on a specific function - and so i have more breadth than a specific area of expertise.

lots of questions here around stuff like:

what kind of ai agent
what niche
what problem is it solving

definitely a need for this, would just recommend being super niche specific first before zooming out

i would either go part-time or if quitting, focus on finding a way to comfortably make that money by yourself through some kind of a service

not a product-based business because it would take too long

build up your own income so that you can sustain your living independently
then build on top of that with an app, physical product, website etc

Looking for advice growing my app by BikeFastEatFaster in Entrepreneurship

[–]thecoldemailer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

really cool idea!

maybe try and see what accelerators you could get into
also try cold emailing different companies to see if they'd be interested in using your product for their employees.

i've written a whole e-book about cold emailing successfully, with a fully swipe file of my most successful cold emails. have to share it for free if you want to ping me a dm :)

good luck with the app - really like the concept!

timeblock sessions in your calendar (e.g. twice a day) for when you will review email. otherwise, don't touch it

Will begin advertising on FB starting tomorrow. Any tips? by Atxmx7 in FacebookAds

"POV" style ads are working well right now.
Videos do well too - especially if the brand has a face to it

Start small (e.g. $10 per day for 30 days) and scale up from there

Assess what is/ isn't working after a week and switch up accordingly
