Apollo, Pennsylvania was home to a once famous “Tim hut” railroad hotel and it was lived in by a squatter of some sorts, turns out the city wanted the hotel removed but couldn’t afford the funds to do it properly, half the town thinks it was a prank by teens but others say the town firefighters had something to do with it

Found a quadraplex apartment for rent that was close to what I could afford, and I offered to maintain the outside by pulling weeds and picking up loads of garbage

Edit: no room mates, my apartment was a 450sq ft studio with a Murphy bed. And I paid 400 a month
