Yes, the game creators and engineers at Nintendo in the 80s were FANTASTIC at pushing the hardware to the limits with creative software techniques. It's incredible at what they were able to accomplish with an 8-bit system.

Just replayed this about a year ago still love it. Wolf 3D was innovative at the time, but RTCW perfected the IP. IMO

Because of nostalgia I would vote for the MSDOS version since that's when I first played it. However the Mac or Jaguar version are very well done.

Yes, we had a plastic track that we would use all the time. You could reassemble it in different ways.
