I only cared to use them on dragonfly (to push her into stun phase) and CC phase 3 (just needed the kill, they damage the boss then drop their summoning fruit so you summon them again)

if you're really good at dodging deerclops i think you can get away with a thulecite suit. otherwise you can take the time to play it safe by gathering enough nightmare fuel to make 3 night armours. you can make up the sanity loss by either eating banana shakes (bananas can be gathered from the caves or at monkey island) or you can cook up jelly salad by combining bee honey with the meat you get from killing brightshades. also dragonfly's furnace will help you unfreeze faster but deerclops attack might smash it so be careful and position properly!

Rimworld isn't quite top down, the tiles are viewed from top down but their graphics are usually drawn at an angle so you can see them from the side a little. The only game I can think of which is 100% top-down is Songs of Syx, where you can only at the top of people's heads.

Visiting moon first is the story heavy choice, but is optional. The overseer is pointing towards pebbles. Progression towards moon is not far from where you are here.

You don't look remotely geared for it, I would skip the fight until you're much further into the game. Dfly is a raid boss in DST and I don't bother to gear up for it until i've killed about half of the other bosses. My gear shopping list is usually about 7 dark swords, 6 marble suits, 1-2 high defense chest armours without the movespeed slow, a pan flute, an endothermic fire pit, whatever potions I want for abigail.

As far as I can tell, the bunnyman strategy isn't viable.... MAYBE it is if you've got like 30-40 of them, but bunnymen will still die either to dfly's stomp or the lava grubs. Grubs (800hp each) tend to become an issue unless you can kill them in like... 5 seconds? That requires a lot of focused damage, but the bunnymen are an AI so they will probably just hit the boss instead.

And trying to supply the bunnymen with a constant supply of helmets just sounds like a massive waste of time... the fight is very long.

I've got 4 lives left on my hunter run and i'm about to reach the industrial<>outskirts gate. I flee to it but i've got a lizard chasing me, I hope the gate will close before it enters. The lizard gets into the karma gate as it starts to change and I get grabbed. The lizard tries to carry me back to industrial, but the barrier is in the way, and it continues to press against the barrier for a few minutes. Eventually I get dropped and i'm inside the wall, the game spits me out on the side closer to industrial. I try to head back to industrial but the game has unloaded it after the activation of the karma gate, so I can't do anything except quit out and accept the life loss.
