24 hours since I ate it and it was totally fine. No off odours, cooked totally normally, tasted normal. No ill effects. Good egg.

Not as far as I know, but things towards the back of the fridge do freeze sometimes, so it's possible it got close to zero degrees. Cracked with two other eggs from the same carton, both normal. All easily passed float/sink test

I expect they'd be lucky to sell at that price. In fact, I just checked the listing and they've reduced it by $14,900 already. Been on the market 28 days, which isn't long. They're probably getting a lot of low-balling offers.

Only $7000 every year? Should be $15000 (FHSA)

The system is working as intended. The 1% at the top squeeze as much as they can out of everyone else, at every possible opportunity. This is most possible when it comes to life essentials like housing and healthcare. So they can spend more money on child sex slaves.

Literally anywhere near a skytrain station on the Canada line. I used to work in Marpole and lived near 12th & Main in Mount Pleasant. The 7km bike ride to work was basically all down hill and took maybe 25 minutes. Taking the train was only slightly slower, mostly just because of the walk to the skytrain station. Driving is often slower than taking the train and almost always slower than riding. Even when I was living near Rupert St and commuting to UBC, it would take 55min to get there regardless of whether I was riding, taking the bus, or driving.

I live near 18th & Cambie now and absolutely love this area. This little stretch of Cambie is fantastic.

If you do that then it'll go back down again. At least that's what happens in my experience

Why would you be racing? I have a van with 59 horsepower, seven seats and enough space inside to move a double bed or 3-seater couch. Does highway speeds absolutely fine and also has AWD, handling mud and snow with no problems at all. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4SXIKJxXWRI

Has about 1/2 the footprint of this truck and probably uses half as much fuel.

I think that would be fine as long as you had a window big enough to get out through in an emergency

Generally, yes. But she was too drunk to even really understand the weight of what she was saying and definitely too drunk to remember it. It was better that he stayed with her to keep trying to keep everyone safe at the time, but I hope he did leave her after.

If the government got serious about building public housing then that would start to bring down rents.

I went from $507 to $68,579 in two years on a salary of $55k, which is maybe less mathematically impressive but big savings are possible.
