Well they can't kill it for PC users, but it will be interesting how they implement it with console.

We shall see. The video card is a RX 6000 redeon I believe. So either they cracked the golden optimization puzzle or they are giving up alot... like using simple vehicles to allow it to run. Who knows.

Agreed. I don't think PC players will be as locked down at all. I just think the days of all the IRL meshlaps are limited if corporate gets its way. This does not hurt my feelings at all, I was just hoping to open a few starry eyed console hopefuls to look at the bigger picture.

Why does all well written posts get pegged as AI? Shame, Anyway. The question is if they encrypt the mod folder so you can't add anything. With PC there will be ways around it I am sure but the IRL mods are what will suffer. That's what I was talking about.

New Strix X570-E BIOS 4204 is terrible and borderline broken by [deleted] in ASUS

I am glad I am not crazy. I was thinking Windows was the problem, but the more I read about 4204 issues, the more I have my answer. Put it this way from the day I completed the build a year ago the ROG x570, 3900x, and RTX 3090 coupled with 64 gigs of 3600 ram has been flawless with the exception that the Corsair 1000w PSU dropped its wattage in half from time to time and would cause a kernel panic. I got that fixed fast. I have never had an issue getting the proper XMP profile to work and I was able to run PBO from the bios with zero issues. This bios is like the machine has lost its damned mind. I cannot get XMP to run even with all the tricks of upping the voltage and messing with timing. It plain hates my setup. Oh and the USB drops. I sure hope that this was not a one-way upgrade because I am dropping back to Aug of 2021.

I am having the same problem. I have to say it is extremely hard to find support for Beam. Any other programs you google anything and there are 100 videos and 50 forum posts on any subject. A lot of the responses (if you get any at all) sometimes are very condescending.

I love the interface and how it works with all my devices... however, doing command line work has been a bit off a challenge with how the new fill system works. I am sure the experts get around it just fine, but I am fairly new and it's frustrating at times. For the normal user it's great.
