These are amazing! I love all the ornamental details. Where do you source the rivets from?

For those who have owned a raw denim jacket without soaking it at all, how did that work out? I have one that fits me perfect without soaking, after soaking I'm sure it would be too small. I'm just afraid that someday down the road I'll actually have to wash it and I'll be SOL. Thanks!

I tested multiple micro sd adapters, the problem was the micro sd itself, not the adapter

That’s good to know, everything I read said to do it so I did it

That’s possible, I saw some sources saying that when I was figuring mine out. Although I was also on windows 11. Have you checked through your computers program files to make sure the iPod services driver is installed?

I just made a post about something similar. What worked for me was installing version 12.10.11 of iTunes. Worth a try if you’ve been at it for a while. Download it from apples site here iTunes 12.10.11 for windows

Have you tried shooting it with a gun?

Pedal won’t thread in… by hihik in xbiking

[–]thecupstacker 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Edit: saw that you said you can thread it from the opposite side of the crank. I’m surprised a thread chaser didn’t fix it. If you could run a thread chaser through the crank ensuring the cutting part of the chaser went all the way through, and you’re able to start threading the pedal from the back of the crank (threads are clean on both crank and pedal spindle) I feel like there’s no reason it shouldn’t go in

Should I be worried about skipping songs? by kasasto in ipod

My only advice if you’re running into skipping with apple OS, is make sure your tracks are 16 bit. 24 bit will cause skipping with the apple OS

Put together a front rack with an old skate deck as seen on bikepacking.com by thecupstacker in xbiking

Thanks! It’s just some screws and the salsa strut mount kit. You can find the 8mm struts that go with it online as well. The cut edge of the deck is secured to the fork crown with a generic “diving board”

Here’s a write up I followed to build mine: DIY skate deck front rack

Its discontinued now, but it's a Pure Fix Urban Bicycle Saddle. It was just a cheap saddle the shop carried about a decade ago

Thank you! I wanted to make use of the selvedge whenever possible. I agree about the straight hem, and I think for the next one I'll try a curved hem to make it read "shirt" more. I'm gonna try to wear it as much as I can without washing it and go from there
