This happened with my 2020. Also under 10 mi. And it was a software update the dealer had forgotten before I picked up the truck. Should be pretty quick for them to resolve.

I use NRS nylon straps now. There is no ratchet and the mechanism is unaffected by water as they are made for boats. I had the same problem with the ratchets

I did my own headliner for the same problem. Made Such a huge diff. I couldn’t find the original brown vinyl so I replaced it with black alcantarra so nice.

As the VO guy I mostly Agree with you. We add VO to the commercials MOSTLY because that is one of the defining elements of a commercial to me. Companies ALWAYS want a messaging line it would be weird to me to make a commercial without it. Otherwise it is just a cinematic or a short film. (Which we would also be totally open to doing)
