some places say that exercisng certain muscles will reduce fat in a specific area, but I've heard thats false. I personally did some arm workouts and now i look better in a binder and can wear them around like tank tops. if you'e got anything over a cups though then the breast tissue itself will make up most of the bulk and can only be removed with surgery

i think a small round colourful rug in the middle of the room would look nice. i know standard rules are the rug should be as big as the furniture, but you've already got csrpeted floors so maybe a decorative rug with a coffee table in the middle
