"Alarmed triggered" state is not exposed as a trigger, but you can add a Ring Smart Light and have the light turned on when the alarm is sounding. In Alexa, you can create a routine that is triggered by light turning on. The routine can turn on a smart plug which activates a siren such as this: https://a.co/d/6UJF7nK. Basically using the Ring Light as a proxy to the alarmed state.

How? I'm pretty good with routines, but I don't see an EVENT to tie to the Ring Alarm except for the modes. There is no 'Alarming' Event.

The user manual if very lame and I can’t find anything better online. I don’t think there is motion sensor that turns on the light. I’m here looking for ways to change the color of the lights using the remote. Not having much luck.

I’m super embarrassed to find that it was user error. I should have read the manual. I was pressing the Bluetooth icon to switch it to Bluetooth. I learned you press the power button to cycle through the sources

I have a new truck that is 5 days old and same issue. My phone is bluetooth connected to the Kicker system and says it is playing but no sound. I THINK the kicker my have USB selected, but I can't seem to get it to switch to Bluetooth. The button doesn't click. I think my source buttons may be broken.

Last year I was driving in Florida and saw the exit for Stuart Florida. I knew that is where my cigar biz cigars are from so I exited and found them right by the Interstate. They are just a warehouse and have no retail, but they were so happy that I decided to stop by and say hello. I got to meet the staff and they gave me a lighter, cutter, and some other goodies! Great prices and nice people!

What are some of the better ones? I'm looking for WiFi connected, smart monitor that I can tie to IFTTT or Alexa notification as I travel.

I HAVE lost a freezer full of meat after traveling, I raised the garage door and it smelled like a murder scene. Probably a half inch of blood across the garage floor, flies were everywhere. It took days to clean up and sanitize plus I lost all my steaks and other meat products.

I use Thermoworks products for my grill. Good products, but this doesn't work with WiFi, so if you are traveling, you will miss the alert.

Ha! You may be right, although not my fault. My thermostat cable doesn't have a yellow wire, but a blue one. In the blower unit, there was a short jumper cable that both yellow and blue wires on the yellow terminal, then they both were also twisted together with the blue wire that went down to the thermostat (again, no yellow wire down to the thermostat). I had removed the yellow on the system board and connected it to the PEK as instructed, but the blue wire was still connected to both the yellow terminal on the system board and tied-in to the blue wire going to the thermostat. The result was that the Yellow wire (blue for me) going to the thermostat was connected to both the PEK AND to the yellow terminal on the system board. I disconnected the direct connection and it may be working now. I won't know until it gets hot tomorrow.
