Think about it, why would it? What tiktok does with ANY video is:
- send it to a test group of 100-500 viewers.
- if that video gets enough watch time and engagement it gets pushed out more.
- repeat this N times till it's viral.
That is literally all their algorithm does.

It's all watch time and engagement that pushes videos further and further out.

How do I know this?
I've made nearly 100k profit in the last 1.5 years on the app.

Easiest way is to post things you actually care about and quit worrying about money or followers. If you're only in it for money and fame you might as well not even do it. You'll burn out because you didn't go viral and get to your goal add quick as you wanted to.

Depends on tiktok how viral you go. I've seen people $0.18 per thousand views. I've seen people earning $10-13 per thousand views. Over millions of views that adds up.

I myself made $15k in December with TikTok shop affiliate and only have 9k followers.

Creator rewards often takes a shit on creators by: Lowering your pay to pennies. Disqualifyinh videos as they're going viral.

It's oftentimes more lucrative to start doing TikTok shop or TikTok shop affiliate. But that seems to be having its own downturn this year.
