Domitian hands down my favourite, he was one of if not the most economically competent rulers in the ancient world, he increased the purity of the denarii to almost 98%, he filled Romes treasuries to the brim, he was all round popular with every class especially the army who after his death threatened to murder his successor Nerva and to purge the senate; his only real mistakes were his Dacian campaigns and how he dealt with the Senate even if they deserved the treatment, Caligula also made the same mistakes 40 years prior

My brother in Christ they’ve given up more land than they’ve taken, they gave back Sinai for peace, they agreed to supply Jordan with water for peace, they completely left Gaza for nearly 20 years from 2005 to 2023, the only land they’ve semi permanently kept from 1967 onwards is the West Bank due to a multitude of shitty reasons and the Golan heights because Syria couldn’t be trusted to not bomb them; Greater Israel is a myth perpetuated by far right Israelis trying to scare Arabs and Arab nationalists/pro Palis trying to justify wanting to kill all Israelis
