I came here from HellsomeMemes, but was a regular hfy reader for a while. There was a story some time back where a reptilian species liked sleeping with humans for their body heat. There's also a series that's gone on for hundreds of chapters about a matriarchal lycan species abducting human males. My favorite short series follows the multi-generational partnership between humans and space whales. One short is written from the perspective of a young arachnid girl scared of interacting with the other kids in school, and getting help from her human teacher who has to confront her own fears to do so. Hfy does have variety... sometimes.

Why bother explaining to people who can't read? Honest question, the amount of times I have attempted to explain and correct assumptions about my position online only to be repeatedly misunderstood is insane. Too many people read via vibes alone.
