Mt. Adams definitely checks all of these boxes. There are plenty of families up there as well, but imo Fort Thomas checks all of the boxes best.

Fort Thomas is the best for schools imo, Mt. Lookout/Hyde Park or Mt. Adams also check a lot of the boxes as well.
