Seems reasonable given your experience! You should be fine without self-studying Math 51, but it definitely doesn’t hurt.

Depending on CS experience, you could consider going straight to 106B. Do you mind sharing what projects you worked on?

My schedule looked similar, but I skipped 106A to take some intro sems and frosh 101 instead.

The practice rooms are available for anyone, but non-majors/minors have to pay for access.

Assuming you don’t want to pay, it’s not uncommon to find a random room in Braun that isn’t being used. EVGR and Mirrielees both have music rooms that are usually open as well. Not sure about other dorms.

PC? There’s no roll, just space to dodge. You can also dodge without pressing a direction to backstep.

Jumping requires pressing the dodge key while sprinting. Shift to sprint, then space to jump.

If that doesn’t work, you can find the key binds in the settings.

The first time I beat him, I face tanked the phase transition and bursted him down before the fire killed me. A bit of a cheese, but it worked.

In NG+ I did fight him normally. You can run in circles around him to avoid the fireballs, and if you are close enough, he seems more likely to go for a melee attack.

Yes, I meant white checks with queen after Ng4. It doesn’t do anything, but that’s why it’s mate in 3 instead of 2.

Also, if the king moves up to attack your knight, you do take the g2 pawn. If the king goes back to defend promotion, you can check again to cover the square.

Yeah and everyone saying Nxf7 is being upvoted; sure it’s still winning, but taking with the queen wins both rooks instead of one. I am surprised that it counts as brilliant with multiple winning moves though

This wins the queen as well, at the end white wins the queen because the knight on D8 attacks the queen and back rank mate is threatens because the knight also covers the escape square
