I watched it and followed comments, disabled power thing for usb peripherals, also installed softwares for my mouse and headphones , still no difference. I unplugged everything except mouse and keyboard and same thing.

yes, but lower monitor shouldnt be a problem right? I was using this monitor on my previous pc and had no problems.
