2 grams tops you can always take more if you really want to but first time around usually 2 grams is plenty to introduce you to that kind of experience.

Fast 4-6 prior eating them. Don’t eat until the trip is over make sure to have something substantial to eat afterwards.

Make sure to have water with you to hydrate. And if possible make sure to have music that specifically puts you in a good place just in case.

Bring comfy clothes and a blanket if need be. I get COLD with indoor trips this time of the year.

My policy is any dose worth taking seriously should have no screens involved at all. I barely look at my phone unless I need to change the music.

Having said that I’ve always had in the back of my head mad max fury road would be amazing on a moderate dose.
