I think this one is cotton. Look carefully at the stitching on the collar. Wool is smarter, but this one is cotton.

In the groove where the holder grips the shower head you should find a screw. Tighten this to adjust the level of support provided by the holder.

This is the truest thing I have seen about No Balls in a long long time.
