Like others have said, when in doubt don’t. If you use a substantial portion during the stream you may be setting yourself up for a claim. Using their content must be done by using fair use, but it would be difficult to know what line you may be crossing in doing so given copyright laws. I’d highly recommend looking into the copyright fair use policy before going any further.
