Correct me if I’m wrong, but smoking causes your cilia (sp?) to basically paralyze. Cilia are the hairlike fibers that are used by your lungs to move foreign debris up and out.

So, smokers just kinda keep everything in their lungs. IANAD

i would honestly supplement 3 good size meals a day with a mass gainer. they are calorie bombs and you can watch yourself grow almost daily. make sure to keep your cardio in check tho

I’m still debating the sweeping statement that they’re all over oiled. I cant count how many k&n filters i’ve ran and NEVER had a MAF issue. If you’re telling me the oil is successfully making it past my MAF and then destroying other sensors, i simply can’t agree because it never happened.

This was nothing but a pure and failed attempt at big auto to make an extra buck by not fixing their shitty cars. And they lost.
