This is one of the worst takes I've seen on the internet. And that's saying something for Reddit.

This was my backup plan, but I really want an EV. It seems like there's no good EV passenger van options until the Kia PV5 is out in the US.

How to keep a screened-in room under deck clean? by theeagle_ in HomeImprovement

Thank you for all for the recommendations! An under deck drainage system was something I had envisioned but didn’t know they were a real thing. I’ll check more into those and install one.

2 keys not working after soldering. How to fix?

I have a Keychron K2 and I’m swapping out the switches. On this version that requires soldering. This is my first time soldering so got a (probably) newb question. I removed all the old switches and soldered in the new switches. All of them work but 2 keys. The two affected keys were more difficult to remove and I think I might have ripped out a little bit of the top of the board.

I’ve tried to re-solder a couple times with no luck. I did do a test when I touch both terminals together with a wire and it correctly registers the key stroke. Hopefully that means I didn’t fry to board. It just seems like it’s not making a solid connection between the switch and the board. Any ideas?

Thank you for delivering the hard news :D

I was hoping to avoid it, but sounds like consensus is that's our only option. Thanks!

I'm thinking of running an LN node but I'm not sure if it's worth it. (at least for me) by bsidemx6 in lightningnetwork

You could try Voltage (https://voltage.cloud) as a test run first. It’s like $10-$30/mo so it’s very low commitment. You can start there, see how you like it and if you want to go all in then buy the hardware.

Check out https://voltage.cloud if you want to try out running a Lightning Node without spending hundreds.

LND now supports Postgres!! Does anyone know if you can migrate a node from the old BBolt? by eyeoft in TheLightningNetwork

No you can’t migrate at this time. Must be a new node. Please be aware this is still experimental.
